Space Rental Prices

Our classroom comes equipped with state of the art audio and visual equipment.  This room can hold up to 50 people depending on the setup.  We offer tables and chairs (at an additional fee) in various styles such as classroom style, strolling high tops, 8 seat rounds and board room style.  This room is good for classes of all kinds, meetings, small cocktail parties.

Our Event Center/Auditorium, comes equipped with state of the art audio and visual equipment, private restroom, private entrance from outside, exclusive holding room for Artist/Performers, VIP sitting area, wet bar, stage and DJ booth.  This room holds up to 150 people depending on the setup.  We offer tables and chairs (at an additional fee) in various styles such as classroom style, strolling high tops, 2 seat bistro style, 8 seat rounds and board room style.  This room is great for live performances, parties/showers, and all things entertainment.

Our Cafe & Sitting area, comes equipped with state of the art audio and visual equipment, 2 seat bistro style seating, bar style seating, lounge area and access to kitchen (additional fee may apply).  This room holds up to 85 people depending on the setup.  This room is great for pop up shops, book signings and book clubs.

In addition to room rentals, we offer other rentals including but not limited to tables, chairs, catering, DJ services, event planning, event decor, table clothes/sashes, and much more.
