The goal of this course is to increase new Project Leaders' awareness of the skills necessary to effectively manage a project. After completing this course, participants should be able to: 1. Identify and describe the five stages of project management. 2. Design and document essential project components. 3. Plan and schedule tasks needed to complete a project. 4. Explain the skills and methods needed for successful project implementation. 5. Explain the steps required to appropriately conclude a project.
