Cancellation Policy

ALL COACHING SESSIONS AND COURSES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. WE PROVIDE INSIDE ON WHAT OUR CRYPTO STRATEGY IS. Scheduling & Confirmation All 1:1 sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details and Zoom link. Rescheduling Need to reschedule? Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, and we'll happily find a new time that works. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24+ hours before your session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to still end on time, or may be treated as a no-show depending on the delay. What to Bring For Setup Sessions, please have a valid photo ID and access to your bank account/card ready, as we'll be walking through real account verification and funding. For Strategy Sessions, come with your specific questions or goals so we can make the most of our time together. Format All sessions are conducted live via Zoom.
